Q: Do you do piercings?
A: We do not - but we do have tons of jewelry for sale!
Q: Do you tattoo men?
Although we are an all female artist shop, everyone is welcome. <3
Q: How old do I have to be to get a tattoo?
A: In Ontario, you MUST be at least 18 years of age. Please have valid government issued identification ready to present for your appointment.
Q: How much for a medium sized tattoo?
A: There are way too many variables to consider! Your best bet is to head to the Tattoo Submission Form. Submit your idea and as much information as possible, and we can go from there!
Q: Do you have numbing cream?
A: We do carry a topical anesthetic called Zensa. For a full tube it is $50, and a single application is $30. Please let us know if you are planning on using it, as the cream needs to sit on the skin for 40 minutes - and we need to take this time into consideration for scheduling purposes!
Q: Do you take walk-ins?
A: Most days! Please give us a call the day of (we open at 12:00) to see if there is a spot available!
Q: What is your hourly rate?
A: It ranges from $130-$150.
Q: What is the shop minimum for a tattoo?
A: $100!
Q: What are my options for payment?
A: We take cash only! We do have an ATM to make this more convenient for you!
Q: What should I put on my tattoo after it is done?
A: We sell Skin Masters Tattoo Aftercare which we highly recommend. Its also enough for multiple tattoos! If you want to purchase it at a local pharmacy - Vitamin E cream is great as well. Please DO NOT use Polysporin.
Q: I'm worried that my tattoo looks weird.
A: Please consider that your tattoo has to go through the entire healing process, and that may take several weeks. However, please feel free to contact us with your concerns.
Q: Are your tattoo supplies one-time-use?
A: Yes! We take all necessary precautions to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Q: After I get a tattoo, how should I take care of it?
DAY ONE

Remove the bandage within 1-4 hours.

With clean hands, wash the tattoo with a mild and unscented soap.

Gently pat the tattoo dry with clean paper towel.

Let it breathe for the remainder of the day.
DAY TWO

With clean hands, wash the tattoo with mild and unscented soap.

Apply a thin layer of Vitamin E or tattoo specific cream and let it absorb.

Repeat 2-3 times daily or whenever the tattoo feels dry.

Once the tattoo peels (1-2 weeks) switch to an unscented moisturizer, until fully healed.

Avoid direct sunlight / tanning for one month minimum. No swimming, hot tubs or submerging the tattoo for 2-4 weeks. Showering is fine.

Do not scratch or pick at your tattoo while healing.
